for the love of ray jay? who is this clown, anyway? i was watching "tough love" on VH1 but this crap is still running in the background and i just don't get it. this is the sector of society that i could really do without. and don't get me started on the "rock of love" girls...

i wish i knew what was going on with me. is it hyperglycemia? anxiety? an ulcer??? what?!? i'm going to see a doctor next week but in the meantime i've been living without sugary foods and...booze! i haven't been drunk since august, which i suppose isn't a total loss, except for the fact that i don't feel any healthier for it.
