It sucks you hurt your knees!! You should try taking Ester C once a day. Vitamin C helps rebuild connective tissue, and it's awesome for joints. So when you hurt your knees, elbows, wrists, ect., take Ester C and it will help get better MUCH quicker. It's a miracle vitamin. Works wonders. I gave it to my ancient dog that had arthritis so bad she couldn't stand up every morning, and after two months... no pain...
