Just outta sheer randomness I had to tell y'all this...
Some of you know I work making guitar slides through the day, out of real glass bottles.
We have loadsa famous customers including Steven Seagal who we hope will pop into the shop while he visits Newcastle during his UK tour later this month...
ANYWAY...
Whole point of this post...
There's a ew people who come into the shop that go out digging for antique bottles and collect them.
They often come into the shop with duplicates from their collection and sell them to us for us to display somewhere in the shop.
I got a custom order for a 7 year old kid and couldn't actually find a bottle with the right inner diameter...
That is until I checked the rack of antique bottles in my workshop...

I MADE A GUITAR SLIDE OUT OF A 100 YEAR OLD BOTTLE

Sad I know but I was proud.
Hope the ickle lad appreciates it as it's the only one we've EVER made like that and is probably gonna be very very very very rare
