Cat people have it easy. If you have a cat and like cats, you don't have to go find parks where you'll likely have to participate in or at least overhear idiotic conversations between other cat owners. Pity us, cat people, for we are the dog people.

What's wrong with this picture? It's hard to nail down everything in this clusterfuck of ignorance. Here's the best I could do (in the form of questions I should've run back and asked the guy):

Wait a second--they sent dogs alone to kill armed soldiers?
So they just sent 'em in to kill... these fine-jawed slender dogs... and kept the German Shepherds back for what?
Assuming we're talking about WWII, the Nazis started breeding them when they invaded Poland? If WWI, then did the Germans have the foresight to start this strategic breeding prior to the emergence of trench warfare? What's the gestation period for this breed?
