I had my second trip to physical therapy this morning. The guy hooked up electrodes to my quad. That's a fucking trip, it feels like the middle of your muscle is vibrating then as it gets stronger your muscle flexes, they guy had me flex against what the electrode was doing, can't wait for that one again.
