It is 5 am. I have just finished a whole chapter of my math book. Go me. I am brilliant. So fuck off, Elizabeth Taylor! That'll teach you to bring that halibut around these parts! Did I mention that I am also delirious?

drinking and burning things? sounds like my kind of party! actually that's generally what's going to happen at my sister's place on the 30th. Her boyfriend works for a local Haunted Hayride and a bunch of the Hayride people will be "performing" at the party- last year the fire-blowing in the backyard was so impressive that the local cops showed up- just to admire, not to hassle anyone. biggrin

"place holder" is a nice friendly term. up til now, i'd been referring to that type of special friend as a "temp".
