So I got into a fight with my brother, and he decked me in the face. It was, of course, my fault. Too long and depressing to tell. Let's leave it at theat.
My car's transmission is fucked up. Not good. Not good at all. The worst part about it, was that just before it went, HrlyQuinn was driving it. There is absolutely nothing she could have done to cause this problem in the three blocks that she drove, but I so badly want to blame someone. Ah, well. Watcha gonna do?
Liz's birthday was last night. Great fun was had by all.
Tomorrow is the 2nd anniversary of my Grandfather's death. Like good grandkids, we'll be at the pub getting sauced.
So after the car bullshit, I almost called out of work, even though I have no sick time. But Liz insisted that I go, and it was her birthday, so I complied. The minute I got there, I was accosted by my boss as he shoved an envelope in my face. Inside the envelope was a $100 bonus. Joy!
My birthday on Tuesday. Everyone should come out and play and buy me a drink. I'll be at the happiest place on Earth, Piece of Ireland on rt 4. Fuck Disneyland.
