I haven't bothered with SG at all recently.
Maybe it's cos I haven't been on the internet at all really. And when I have been, it hasn't really been to talk to people or look at boobs.

Most of my time has been spent on the Wii! Woohoo!


I finally got one. And it didn't come with Wii Sports, but I got Wario Ware instead.
I don't like it. It creeps me out.


But I got Red Steel and The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They're both awesome.
I just want to play Zelda all the time!

You know what... As soon as I got it home, I connected it to our wireless router [after trying and failing to connect a number of times] and it worked kind of ok.
It worked intermittently. Kind of surprising seeing as the only thing I'd heard about wirelessly connecting the Wii was how simple it was.
Well, I managed to get the system update by leaving it on overnight [yes - it was that slow!] but a couple of days ago, it simply stopped connecting altogether.


I read up online about what the problem could be.
The only thing I could find was this one site that said people are having trouble connecting to the Nintendo servers because they're overloaded.
I guess one of the first things you do when you get a Wii is connect it to the net and try and download all the classic games and shit?
But it's depressing. I want to go online and get new games and updates and things!

Hey! Guess what happened the other day...
Some guy pulled up next to me in the street and asked me if I wanted to buy some speakers.
I was dubious, but I heard him out. He worked for an audio delivery company and the warehouse had given them too many. So instead of taking them back and disposing of them, he was trying to sell them on the streets and pocket the cash himself.
He showed me all his IDs and all the official paperwork and stuff. It all seemed legit.

Anyway, he showed me the speakers and WOW!
They were these ones: Matrix MX-1200 Professional 4-Way Speakers.



Well, when they retail at 2,000, how could I refuse?!

I offered him 300 and they even came in and installed them for me
I think they sound really cool. I love them. And they look the part too.
Yummmmm.

Yesterday was Valentine's Day.
It's the first time I've been going out with anyone on Valentine's Day before. It was so nice!
So I made this card for _lauren_ from scratch:

Cherry's come over today because Kit, tbp278, and she are going to the Milan tattoo convention tomorrow.
It's really nice to see her again
I'm looking forward to spending some time with her tonight. And India's coming over later too to watch DVDs. And then _lauren_'s gona cook gammon and chips.
