Ew.

I live in a big, old farmhouse on 100 acres of land. That means that as soon as it gets cold, 100 acres worth of mice decide to take up residence in my house.

Wait, I'm getting to the disgusting part.

So far I've killed about a lot mice with traps. They get into EVERYTHING and it pisses me off. There's mouse turd in all the cupboards, drawers and closets. They nibble food. They make houses in computer equipment. They scurry around in the walls like little, fuzzy Aliens.

I bought poison. Here comes the disgusting.

You know how an anti-coagulant poison (Warfarin in this case) makes blood... not coagulate, right? I think it also increases the rotting of carcasses, because when I was emptying a trap in the living room the BACK OF THE MOUSE WAS STUCK TO THE FLOOR AND IT TORE OFF.

We have no bleach so I used toilet bowl cleaner and a soundcard part to SCRAPE THE BACK OF THE MOUSE OFF THE FLOOR.

How can one little dead mouse smell bad enough to make my head hurt? Stupid disease carrying vermin...
