There are about three or four things that I can cook really well. Here's one:
(4) Potatoes
(1/2) Green pepper
(1) Onion
(Lots of) hot curry powder
(Lots of) dried jalepeno flakes
(Lots of) garlic powder
(Lots of) cayenne pepper
Boil the potatoes. Throw some salt in with them, it will make you look professional. Swish them around a bit in the water once they're boiled so they break up, then drain.
Dice the green pepper and onion.
Throw it all in a pan for 10 minutes on medium-high heat and douse it with the spices. Stir a few times so things don't get burned and so the potatoes get mushed up sufficiently.
Put in tortilla.
Eat.
Mexican beer makes it better.

Thanks for your suggestion. I saw that you dislike online interaction but I also see that you have a birthday that makes me smile, like Neil Gaiman, cook with spices, and live in Canada.
Can I be curious about you?
