Why I'm the luckiest girl in New York:
So, I have the entire month of December off from med school while I go on a few interviews for residency. How damn cool is that!? So while the rest of the city walks over the bridges in 30 degree cold, or pays $50 for a taxi, I am nipping in and out of my apartment like a squirrel, returning over and over with arms laden with Christmas shopping and baking supplies. Next stop, Astor place liquor to stock up on holiday libations! Wheeee :-)
