One thing I'm going to try to start doing is finding something to be grateful for every day and focusing on it for a few minutes. It doesn't have to be large in scale, the little things make a big difference.
Today I'm grateful that this is basically my back yard. I walk my best friend down the street and get to take in pretty views like this. It's amazing how nature can truly be such a gift.
