Well, I'm steadily getting better. I just hope I get my voice back by the show on Saturday which is sure to rock.

I got a bunch of promotional stuff from Adeline Records to give away in the mail today, and it's some pretty killer shit.

So everyone's talking about what they are doing for New Years. I'll have to work I'm sure but it will be weird. My boss's mom just died so he's out and we are hired out for like six gigs tommorow night, none of which I have to babysit, but I'll probably be all over town tommorow.

I'll get some down time though, so I'll probably hang out with a couple of friends for a minute or two to ring in the new one. Maybe I'll actually get a kiss this year. (probably not, plus I'm sick so I probably shouldn't)

Anyway, Did I mention that I'm really excited about the show.

So tonight I'm going down to this open mike night to maybe read some stuff out of my journal. I've only read one piece out loud to people before and I'll probably do that one. It needs a lot of work and it's only a first draft, but it's really raw and from the heart and you can tell. It has some really good parts too, so I'll just see how it goes. Maybe this will get me to writing again.

I got this song that I had started a while ago too. I wanna finish it, but nothing I think of is as good as the first verse. Maybe next entry I'll post it and see if anyone on this here think tank called SG can help me out.
