Well, I guess I'm past due for an update.

The birthday weekend was fun. Thank you guys for al the birthday wishes and thank you to everyone who came to hang out at some point. For details and highlights go see the journal of one obd.

The girl who does my hair knows me a little to well. She knows how to get me to do things without realizing I'm being manipulated and the way she looks at me some times turns me into an instant drudge. So for my birthday she went out and bought me this Japanese lavender bath powder because she knew I had trouble sleeping sometimes. I came home that day and drew a bath with it, cranked up some Portishead and just zoned out for about an hour. The neighbors probably thought I was shooting up or something. It's one of those ritualistic things you don't understand until you do it... next time I'll add candles for effect.

I lost my ATM card, but hopefully the replacement will arrive in the mail today. Oddly enough things like that which would normally put me in a bad mood have been rolling off of my back like no big deal. It's been a good year so far I must say.

I just talked to nueve and it looks like we're looking at Coachella in April. Anybody else want to get in on the action? I've never been, so it should be good times. I probably need to start saving cash now though if I don't want to break the bank when the time comes.

I guess that's all the major stuff going on for now... Here's to the great start 2007 has been so far lasting well into the rest of the year.
