Time for an update I suppose. Not much terribly new going on over here. Another day another dollar I guess. I just qualified for benefits at work so now I have the task of deciphering my options and deciding what plans to go with. If anybody has the word on doctors in the area and plans that they accept let me know. I haven't been covered in years so it's nice to know I can go get a routine check-up and make sure I'm still a-ok in the heatlh department. I'm reasonably confident that everything is on the up and up but it'll be nice to be absolutely sure. I feel fine though. Other than that suspected cavity that I may or may not have I don't see anything unusual coming up.
My brother is supposed to be coming in on the 17th. He'll be staying for about 4 days and I'm sure we'll find a bunch of trouble to get into. I tend to "wile out" a little more readily when he's around, so we'll see what happens. I haven't seen him in a couple of years and the last time we got to hang out for days at a time was forever ago.
Now you may wonder why you've never heard me mention him before and that's a long interesting story that I'll tell you when you know me better. It'll probably confuse you even more when you find out that he's only 3 months younger than me. To make a long story short though I made the choice to quit living with my parents at the age of 12. At that point I pretty much made my own "family". The term isn't necessarily always designated by blood. I could go on and on about his, but those of you who know me can ask me about it in person. The shit runs deep with my philosophy.
