So I've never had a cavity before in my life... but I think I might have one now. I'm not sure.. because it doesn't hurt or anything... but I can definitely see and feel something. Maybe it's just a chip in the enamal... which I guess by definition is a cavity. Unfortunately I don't have a dentist, and I'm not exactly sure when my benefits from work are supposed to kick in. How long can I get by before this turns into something serious? Does this mean I need to avoid making out for awhile? I've never had to deal with this before, so I have no idea what to do.
In other news, I went to hang out with Sarah on Sunday night. It was good times and I have to say I still get surprised at some of the liberties she expects me to take for granted with her. I mean short of anything beyond some moderate petting she and I are about as comfortable as too people can get without actually being significant others.
Remember a couple of months ago when I ran into my old boss from that job I got fired from? Well in the past 3 weeks I've run into 5 other people from that gig. The girl that had to actually sit me down and fire me showed up at Sarah's Sunday night and actually seemed happy to see me. Now considering the reason I got fired was for comments I made about her best friend while we were drunk out at a bar... I have to say I was in awe at the fact that she asked me if I wanted to leave Sarah's and go hang out with her that night. Had I not already told Sarah Iwas spending the night I would have gone. At any rate, she told me to quit being stupid and call her sometime.
On M<onday night I went to see the lovely .Bettina perform at the "Tease @3's". It was a great time and I got to hang out with Missy again. She seems just as quiet and shy as she was when I met her a couple years ago... and it's even more surprising now than it was them for some reason. I talked with her boy for a little while too and he's a really cool dude. I hope it's not the last time I get to hang with them.
And since we haven't done this in a while:
Me: I don't really hate you... the truth is I'm just jealous.
Her: Jealous of what?
Me: A lot of things... apparently.
Her: I think that just went over my head.
Me: Yeah... I think it did.
Her: Figures.. your all, what's the word... narcisistic like that.
Me: What... I'm not narcisistic. How am I a narcissist?
Her: You think women don't need to understand thinks and they should be kept in there place not knowing what
you're talking about.
Me: That's not narcissism, that's chauvanism... and I'm not a chauvanist either.
It's sad to think this lady is raising 2 daughters... one which is in high school now, and it's even more of a shame when I think about the fact that at one point I was debating whether or not to actually have sex with this woman.
I REALLY need to get laid sometime soon.
