Ok so if you havent noticed i have been workin out like a madman for the last few months and been dieting hardcore. When i started all of this insanity I weighed 235-240. I have since cut all the way down to 185-190.

Also as you all know i used to smoke and drink constantly all the time and never stoped. SOOOO i quit smoking and drinking for a long ass time. This was hell on my relationship with my lil baby lili and made everyone around me basically hate me. I successfully got through all that and now if i want to reward myself with a drink or 2 i have a drink or 2 but i never drink excessively the way i used to.

But recently i really feel like i have hit the wall with all my workin out. Its super discouraging but everyday i still get in there and fuckin bust my ass. So actually right now i am talkin to my go to man KiltedGoth he was the has been by my side through all this shit helping me and teaching me. He even designed my diet. So I basically owe him all my results.

So starting tomorrow my work out is gonna be completely different and hopefully by switching everything up i will be get more results.

LILI Rebel84 gets home today and i feel like a real piece of shit for yelling at her the other day i was just really upset. She didnt deserve to be yelled at and i feel like a real fuckin asshole.

But yeah other than that i dont really have anything to say
