So my wife is deployed for a year she has been gone two weeks so far. I am absolutly hating it right now I never thought I would miss her so fucking much. I hate the fact that with her gone I don't have anyone left here to talk to or to hang out with really kinda sad when you think about it. So my daily human contact is my five year old daughter and that is about it. I don't know if I can make it a year like this.

A year is a long time to be stuck on the prairie by yourself ( or especially with a five year old). When my brother was over there I got a international calling card and it was good to hear his voice every few weeks. hopefully your year passes quickly.
