I pulled up to the line at a four-way stop on my way to lunch today. Cross traffic consisted of a red Prius and a large diesel pickup truck, both on my left. The Prius had all its windows down and in the back there was this big goofy dog--maybe a German shepherd--with its big tongue lolling out. The other cars had made it to...

I just got back from lunch. While I was out, I ran into an ex of mine. We dated awhile back--maybe three years ago--but we were very serious at the time, going out on-and-off for over a year and a half. I've seen her a few times since, but it was an ugly breakup and we weren't on speaking terms for a long time. Imagine...

I copy-pasted that last entry about my housing situation to my myspace profile, just so I could feel like I was keeping the thing updating, and within a few hours received a comment on it. This comment was not, however, from one of my friends or even someone that I know. Some fifty year old woman, a complete stranger, was not only reading my blog,...

Strangest thing, I just can't stop sweating today. No matter what I do, my brow is constantly damp, as is the back of my neck just above the collar. I've turned on the air-con in the office, tried to remove layers of clothing, drunk cold water; all to no avail. It's really quite unpleasant. Any suggestions?
lisainnocent:
Hmmm... Try wearing thin layered clothing...or dive into a pool my love...that has always helped me.

Have you ever had to pee so badly that your bladder continued to ache well after you'd made it to the restroom? I just had that. I still feel all stretched out inside.
