Isn't too terribly much to write about today. Went to another day of class. First class was impossible to stay awake through for the first half of it due to it just being propaganda about UNESCO. Then we sat and watched some North Korean dancers dance on a video of a UNESCO event where children were supposed to meet. The man who was talking to...

Well, today was an average day I guess. Nothing really too exciting planned. Woke up at 11am since we don't have class on Mondays for some reason. Anyway today we had a tour of the Asahi Shinbun (Newspaper) headquarters. It was just like every other newspaper place I have ever toured, except larger tongue Anyway, that took about two hours or so. After that we wandered...

Well it has been a long time since I last updated, and I am once again in another country. At the moment, and until sometime in January I will be in Japan. I didn't know if I would renew my subscription or not, and I let it slide for a while since I wasn't all that interested in the pics anymore, and didn't really want...

It's good to see you back. I think for many people here it becomes less about the pictures and more about the people you talk to.

Such a shame about the Japanese educational system. I've never heard that before.

Well, I just got back from China, and am almost over the jetlag, or so I hope. I seem to have forgotten my password to the site, but that was easily fixed. Amazed my subscription didn't run out.

Anyway, the trip was fantastic. I can't wait to go back. Hopefully this december after I study abroad in Japan I can travel to China and visit...

Finished the Nazi report, got it back, aced it. Strong A in that course.

The rest of the courses are yet to be determined. I'm not especially worried.

The 15th I go to China.

I move out of my dorm tommorow, being at home is going to truly suck ass. Its so dreadfully boring there.

Well, I'm working on another report. I knocked off the theology report last weekend, and I am desperately trying to crap out a rough draft of a paper about Euthanasia under the Nazi Dictatorship by tommorow at 1 o'clock. My friends in the class skipped their classes today to work on it, so I was the only one in the PRC class (3 of us...

Ugh, finals month is starting to fuck me. I am running out of time to complete reports.

I have about 4.5 more to do.

And I am drastically running out of free/social time.

Sorry for the complete lack of updates here.

Oh thank god I go back to school tommorow... today, I should probably go to bed soon if I want to set off early today.

There is only so much of my town I can take in one sitting.

I am putting the finishing touches on the paper about the Nazi police state.

Siara had a set go up a day or two ago, it...

Yes, I knit. I know how to crochet as well, but I enjoy knitting more.

The thread is for tatting, which I explained a few entries or so back, you'll see the picture of the doily-thing.

Hoo boy it has been busy. I got a bunch of research done for my final project in Nazi History, I just have to meet the prof and ask him if he can hook me up with more primary sources about the T-4 projects.

I have started writing the other report that is due on wednesday for Nazi History, about Gellately's book on the Police...

Well I'll take some time out of my hectic schedule to update this thing.

I had my first meeting this evening for my May term trip to China. (St. John's optional version of J-term) It sounds like tons of fun, we will be touring economic facilities, teaching English in Chinese schools, going to historical sites, buying tons of extremely cheap stuff, cheap food, cute asian...

Man, what a stressful week... I still have to do 2 major reports(due monday and tuesday), and one mini report due this friday. This is not counting regular homework. Sigh.

My brain is so shot its ridiculous. I can't proofread worth a damn at this point, thank god for the writing center. I still have to conduct the research for the model UN report, which...

There was a scheduling mix-up at work, so getting the 19th off shouldn't be a problem for me.

I was thinking movie at Southdale (do you know where that is, or at least have an idea?), they have the nice stadium seating on most of the screens and all since that theater's fairly new. Cheaper than the Mall of America theater, too.

I don't know if you'd want to eat there though, since the fast food places all charge more since it's a mall, and then they've got a few nicer places in there...there's a Ruby Tuesdays in there, though, so that might work.

Just throwing out ideas. smile

I'll assume you know where Nicollet Mall/Nicollet Ave is. You can take Nicollet Ave south through Minneapolis to 66th Street, then take a right and follow 66th Street to York Ave and it's on the left.

If not, you can take 35W south to the 66th Street exit, take a right, and follow 66th to York.

Well its been a long while since I updated, mainly stemming from my large amounts of homework combined with a new addiction to World of Warcraft.

I have two 5-7 page reports to do this weekend, and two more 5-7 page reports to do next weekend.

Not to mention that I have an International Relations midterm that is on Tuesday.

God help me. (Oh wait,...

I found you through a hookup search. And then I noticed the "Its not like this is going to work anyway." and I was thought, wow, that's so me. So I said hi, or something to that effect. smile

I'm shy as heck, though I've gotten a little better. It's easier online, because I can look like an insane fool and not care so much.

My classes are small, too - one of the benefits of not going to the U of MN, I guess. But I somehow managed to perfect the art of half-napping while hiding it in high school, so if we're not taking notes I'm not quite awake.
