I was reintroduced to Maryland culture tonight like a double barrel shotgun blast to the face. Highlight include:

*A full bar sing-along to "Free Bird"
*Multiple mullet and rat tail sightings
*Somone yelling "Yee Haw" at the top of their lungs
*Being told that I have to know some guy named "Alex" in another town, because he and I are apparently the only two people in a 100 mile radius that have mohawks.

No wonder I'm drunk right now. (I'm also smitten for a new bartender, Abbey, at one of my old hangouts...Great Zesus' Beard, she's cool!!!!).

I'm going to buy a suit tomorrow for Shawndaddy and DJBecky's wedding. All my old ones are too fucking big (my coat size went from a 52 Reg to a 44 Athletic, and my waist from a 48 to a 36). They are two amazing people and I am absolutely honored to be at their wedding.
