It's 6:30am, and I just got home from work.
14 hours last night.
I got to see an old buddy and jazz piano great, Joe Sample, last night. He is amazing! If you've never heard his playing, go out and buy a Crusaders cd immediately.
I'm going to smoke a few cigarettes and have a cup of hot chocolate, then pass out. I'm going back in at 5pm.
Remember, Shawndaddy's birthday party is on Sat. Dec 3rd at Fern's in Long Beach, 8pm. (I'm not going to stop telling people about it unless more people agree to show up).
Weird, it's in these quiet morning hours that I start feeling the most alone. It would be nice to have someone to share my day with. Whatever.
