The strange week continues...
I just got home from a bar in Reseda. I went there to see a friend from work play. We got there too late and missed the entire set. However, we did get to see a large group of Nazi skinheads (something I haven't seen in ten years) making gay, black, and mexican jokes while giving my friends (one of whom was mexican) the hairy eyeball. Fucking lovely!
We then went to a bar called "Sneaky Pete's", where I proceeded to have my usual shot of vodka (on an empty stomach no less). The only kind of vodka they had was named...Krista. This is significant because that is also the name of my ex-wife (spelled differently though), and tonight was our 10 year anniversary of our first date. Wonderful!
If that weren't enough for one odd night, a man jumped up in the bar walked over to another guy, who was sitting quietly, and kicked him in the kidneys while yelling "Fuck you, pussy! You want a piece of me??? Classy!
The evening wrapped up at In and Out Burger in Burbank, where my friend creeped me out by letching on some 17 year old girls (he's 41). Good Times!
It's nights like tonight where I'm grateful not to have a normal life.
