um short (?) rant...

well its my birthday on friday. i'm not sure what i'm doing yet. i'm working should have booked it off. but at least i have saturday off for once!

i've just ended things with a girl i was seeing. i liked her but it just seemed too soon after breaking up with my previous girlfriend. i think i blogged about that, but i don't think you'll know anything about this girl! i dunno, maybe i've mentioned her...

i've been getting back into taking photos again. (have i said that before?!) i need to stop moping around and actually USE my camera! i'm still doing gig photography but what i really want to do now is portraiture. anyone want to be photographed? haha

and i NEED a compact camera. its great having an SLR but its not exactly portable! why is there not a compact camera that does everything i want it to do? why!? the G7 doesn't shoot raw (still not sure if i should just accept that), the LX2 is decent but its ISO is still kinda shit. um....yeh. i'm getting too technical for a blog i guess. nye!

hopefully i'll make more effort with sg from now on. hopefully!
