@catdad My Grandmother still has a flip phone and refuses to upgrade. I dunno what she would do if she had a smartphone. She gets into enough trouble with a laptop. I'm her I.T. guy

Yep, same here. My mom and I got my dad an iPad before he had spinal surgery a few years ago, so he's kinda familiar with icons, but not much beyond that.
