Today was an all out terrible day. I've been.....not so happy lately and work just seems to make it worse. I am the production manager of a machine shop, and work directly for the owners. I have two bosses, neither of them can agree on anything except no matter what I do or my people do, it is never enough. I run myself ragged daily and push my people to their limits with me and it is never good enough. They chase away my key people and then bitch at me when the work flow slows down. Never mind the fact that the company turns a very good profit weekly. They don't measure their financial success by the quarter, or even month, but by the week, And so far this year not a single week has gone by where they have failed to turn a profit. I hate my job, yet I am trapped there. They don't pay me great, just good enough for it to be impossible for me to go anywhere else and start for close to what I make......

Sorry, it seems like the only time I blog is when I'm bitching. Just trying to vent a little I guess.
