I tried doing push-ups this morning and realized I'm really out of shape, barely finished 10 and my arms were shaking like crazy. Spent Canada Day weekend in my nations capital, great party weekend in Ottawa. I shot-gunned more beer this weekend than the total I have before this weekend.
