Need to do an update here, so, here goes.

I think I'm in the worse shape I've been in in a long time, so, I've been a bit down about that. Started doing an exercise challenge with a friend, but found I couldn't do one of the 3 items without a good deal of pain, and I kind of gave up, so I'm going to slowly ease into a routine, see if I can get on track, then take it from there.

Seeing the trailers for Neighbors 2, I decided to finally watch Neighbors, as I'd missed seeing it before, then totally forgot it was even a movie. Such a good movie, glad I decided to watch it. Also, Saw Bad Grandpa this week, another Efron movie, and I gotta say, I enjoyed it as much as Neighbors, so, if you havnt seen Bad Grandpa, but saw and liked Neighbors, I highly recommend it!!

Also saw The Revenant with DiCaprio, such a good movie. Was expecting something else based on the trailers, but it was a good difference. Some movies trailers are better than the movie, some, are basically the whole movie, and some are misleading, but totally worth it.

I'd say an example of a trailer that was misleading in a bad way was for the movie "Brave" trailer made it look like an awesome animated movie about a female action hero(with a bow), and the movie was just one huge bear fetish, and I left the theatre quite disappointed. But, thats just my opinion.

On another note, my home life is a little on the rocks. I'm single and have my own place, and it wasn't bad, but I decided to save a bit of money, and let a friend move in with me, so, i'm sharing the rent with him, he's got the second bedroom. But, he's a total disaster right now. He was a recovering alcoholic, then, come winter and the oilfield troubles, he lost/left his job, and lost the 'recovering' portion, now just a full blown alcoholic, which I've no idea how to deal with. In the 6 months he's been living with me, he's been to rehab/detox twice already, and several times before he moved in. He has no dishware at all, so everything is mine, but, since he's permanently intoxicated, he doesn't clean anything, just leaves it out, has let a bunch of his food go rotten and untouched, or half eaten meals out on the counter, as when he's drinking he doesn't eat much, if at all. I'm totally out of my element, and I've no idea what to do, any time I try to talk to him to see how I can help, he shuts down and gets very submissive like I'm berating a child, plus, he's intoxicated, so i'm not sure he retains any of it after the fact.

I just really don't know how to deal with him, and any advice I can get from anyone would be most appreciated.

So, a little good, a little bad. Otherwise not much is new. Aiming for self improvement, but, I think I'm trying to do too much at once and I stall at the starting line and don't accomplish any of it. :(
