Chiamare un call center come aprire una scatola di cioccolatini: non sai mai se ti capita quello buono o quello che ti pu fare schifo. Ho avuto una brutta esperienza con una cretina del 187 che, nel segnalare un problema della mia linea adsl ai tecnici, ha avuto la bella pensata di farmi mettere un blocco all'account di Alice. L'avrei voluta prendere a schiaffoni. 5 giorni dopo ho richiamato(era la sesta volta in 5 giorni, comunque...), ne ho trovata una che sapeva il fatto suo e m'ha messo a posto la linea. Il problema serio dividere gli incompetenti da quelli che ci sanno fare.
