I get a lot of comments and questions about this picture. Probably more than any picture that I have ever taken before. I took it a long time ago, and it was from one of my first model shoots. The model is Isabel Vinson, and it was taken at a random cemetery in Brattleboro, VT.

To get the image, I set up my tripod and took several pictures of her in each outfit on both sides of the gravestone. We actually shot on the backside of the grave so that it would be a blank slate. Once I got all the images I thought I needed, I then spliced two of them together in photoshop, and manually added her information to the grave. I used a filter to make it look older and grainy, and then did a slight lens flare in the middle for effect.
