As I speak to you all I have a TON of work to do for my classes. I just stopped by to say hey to everyone on here and to make comments! 
Being the president of LASO (Latin American Student Organization) on campus whenever an issue comes to the surface that effects any of my members I am always the first to help find a solution. Honestly it scares the bejesus out of me to represent an ENTIRE people, but someone has to bring the issues my members face to the table to be addressed so I do the best that I can.
Here is what we're dealing with currently:
Immigration and In-state tuition (there was recently an article asking the university not to give in-state tuition)
drivers license for immigrants ( a bill is being put to vote making it illegal)
prejudice on campus (toward both students and workers)"that bagel was pretty good to be made by a mexican"
employment(lol what college student doesnt need a better job)
and a place to feel at home for any student (most definitely)
pheww yeah its like a second job so thats what been keeping me extra busy
since Im about to take a power nap I'll post up my sleepy time music
