On the question of Seniority I'm 144 on the master list which has a total of just under 300 members.
I'm on a few rosters where I'm no.2 and no. 1 respectively. Unfortunatly, the list I'm the top guy on is inactive right now due to a certification challenge. And the No.2 position is on a regional theatre list which only pays 18.00 - 19.00 an hour for the positions I fill. The master contract is currently at 25.00 for a grip and it goes way up from there. So, I'm sort of in your boat. Waiting for the old guys to injure themselves or retire.
On the movie lists I'm Sister Local and at the bottom of the lists just before they can call permitees ( Overhires ) their list are now somewhere around 10,000 members now with all the features in town.
