Made a trip up to Portland this weekend and got to check out the Art Museum and Powell's books. The museam had some cool impressionest paintings of Oregon and California scenes. I'm always a sucker for impressionest art...must have someting to do with being nearsighted. 
Powell's books is awsome, supposedly the biggest bookstore in the country or something. I picked up a book of peotry by Bukowski plus the book Fight Club. I've never bought a book of poetry before, but for some reason I feel in the mood to read some.

I don't really like poetry, though. I just don't get it. I think I'm too literal.
