the crowd comes and goes
like waves crashing and receeding
the constants grew fonder as
the ghosts just found themselves unwelcome
in our new world
but who does the sun revolve around
no one here apparently
no not that i don't see it differently
but the eclipse is too strong too fight past
and our new world is far from perfect
as our king has strings pulled by another
a grouping of thousands
congregation like the old days
old themes persist
too many of them
brought against the two of us
follow a plan
and deviation is never called for
a mile away for the sake of sanity
questions are asked and they try their persuasions
no nevermind deviation is not mine
the future was painted half a lifetime ago
yet still they ask why
it's so far from perfect

so far from what's perfect
we'll just go outside.

Rare cd trades are a possible happening...all my old discs are in storage right now...everyonce and a while I will pack them up and store them, so I can re-open them later and be surprised as to what I actually own and listen to them like they are new again.
