my boy got caught driving without a licence when he was told by the state debt recover office he had his license back!!
not his fault...but sadly he has to go to court for it and will probley get a massive fine, lose his license again and possible jail time...
why does this happen to me?
i have never done the wrong thing never broken the law never ever hurt someone...and yet i cop all the bad shit..
while evil pple are living the high life..think paris hilton for instance or some other little tart who sleeps around, cheats and lies her way to the top...
why is it always the honest ones that have the most problems...it makes me want to become an evil bitch...
life is so unfair..

If that's all in order then he's got nothing to fear. However, saying that they told him over the phone he's clear to drive again just wont cut it in court. If thats the case then he'll probably get like $800 fine + $58 court costs and have to do the train thing six months longer. No jail so dont stress about that. Unless thats not the first tiem he's been done, even then he'll just get home arrest..

Here's somthing to cheer you up! Saw NOFX live last Tue @ the Warped Tour in Ventura, CA about 1/2 south of SB. They were the headliner's & they friggin' rocked! Underoath, a lame hard-core christian band, overplayed by 10 min right before NOFX. Fat Mike proceeded to berate them to shreds in front of the entire crowd, "I know I'm goin' to hell, but anyone wearin' a goddamn Underoath T-shirt, better get the the F*ck out right now, you F*cking Suck!!!" They played for 40 min & admiitted they were drunk because it was Melvin's B-Day the day before. El Hefe is quite impressive on the trumpett!
