first, my friends Paperback are playoing their last gig.

then, i'm hoping to catch Mike Keneally play.

i got the jeep today, so the hearse is no longer my only vehicle. for those who are curious, i've driven a hears for the last couple years, and (unfortunately) it's been on the brink of death (no pun) for the last 6-8 months.

i don't know what i'm going to do with it for the time being.... classifieds, i guess.

heading out on a small-ish trip to indiana today. overslept by like an hour, but when i called my ride, turns out they'd overslept as well.

oh, and micah, you can hit the Lions this thursday as well, since i'll be there then... and nearly every thursday after that.

doing the karaoke tonight at the golden lions... it'll be good. as usual.

now playing: the new foetus. there's a duet with jennifer charles on there that is just KILLING me.

i've listened to him so much this weekend in tribute that i'm starting to think like him. it's scary.

in less than a week i'll be in New York City.

fun.

i'm staying with an old friend of mine who used to play bass in the band 2 Skinnee J's. it'll be good seeing him again, definitely.

I get to open for the Trevor Dunn / Shelley Burgon duo monday (03/07) at the Southgate House.

I'll be scratching with Prantershifter, an experimental noise project from my friend Jim.

The show will be sweet, and we'll be on first, so come early (8:30/9:00).

Kind of crappy quality, but hey: it's still great.
