i got a new tattoo and you didn't !!!
on friday afternoon, i got "Lover..." in pretty black and red script on my left wrist. as in the song, "lover, you should have come over". one of the best songs EVER. so that makes 5 songs from the "grace" album, 5 more to go. but next, a gigantic rose on my mid back to cover up that crazy tribal i've got going on.
oh, how i love tattoos so! i wish they didn't hurt so much. and my tolerance for tattoo related pain seems to be deminishing. when i was 19, i sat for 6 hours once, ribs and all. so hard core! now its 3 hour sittings tops and im DONE! id say i have well over 50 hours of tattoo work so far, and no end in sight. i used to get that cool high feeling after about an hour or so in any rough spot, it really helped to take the edge off, but i just dont get there any more. its all pain, all the time. oh well. im learning that in life, all good things must come to an end.
later, on friday night i went to oakland for korean food then on to berkley for the white stripes. 2 firsts for me. i ate goat stew. goat is fucking deliciouse. i wish i could eat goats all the time. not kidding. so tender, so flavorfull.
and what can i say about the white stripes. that jack white. he sure loves his tight pants. and for this reason, i love jack white.
ok, i hurt my back. im practicly in traction. getting old sucks. hard. back to laying on the floor moaning to no one...

wow thats great i was thinking about getting a key tattoo one day because of that little key in the back of the grace cd..
