That's my rant for the day.
I went and saw "The Day After Tomorrow". It's a pretty cool flick. However, I couldn't help but laugh at all the technical misnomers in the movie: how the guy with the GPS knew exactly where they were by looking at the wrong screen the whole time, and how the space station was tumbling on its axis while in orbit (Yeah yeah I know... it's nerdy humor).
I gotta say that all that coldness and snow in the movie reminded me of why I don't live in Alaska any more.
