So Wednesday night I get home from SG Burlesque Tour rehearsal, at 7:30PM after rehearsing for 8 days straight before that. . .Looking forward to my next two days off. I had signed up to do Jury Duty on Thursday, because I could not postpone it, because I had no idea of when the tour dates were going to be extended too. . .SO I needed to get it over with. I was hoping I would call Wednesday night and I would not be called in, but I didnt have so much luck. So Thursday morning I left my house at 7AM and sat at the court until 4PM. Thank GOD they did not select me for a jury. So after I left I went to the SG office and met with the guy who is designing my new tattoo, which is going to be so beautiful, and then went to eat before I went to train my clients. (I have a my own Movement Therapy business) Half way through my first clients session my phone rings and it is another one of my clients. I am also a Doula (A person who provides labor support to birthing moms) One of my moms had gone into Active Labor and needed me to come. So I left and headed over to thier house, since she was giving birth at home. MAN am I SOOOOOOOOOOOO glad I ate right before that, because it is now Friday at 12:20AM and I just got home and just ate for the first time since yesterday at 6PM. No sleep. The midwifes and I rotated all night, but you dont sleep well when there is a woman in labor in the house. That woman was in labor for over 36 hours. Holy shit am I tired. .. Now technically it is Saturday and I have rehearsal 12-9pm tommorow--- Yikes. . .Well I better get some sleep. . .Who knew I could fit so many things in, in one week. . .Now I just need someone to pack my house for me, cause Im moving before we leave for tour--- ANY VOLENTEERS? Also, I need to get a new laptop for tour--- any suggestions? I'm leaning towards a MAC right now.
