So yesterday I went to Branson with Miranda. It was awesome, only because Branson is all pink flamingos and tropical theme motels. I love that. There was a lot of photography potentials. Miranda didn't bring her digital camera...too bad. First we hit the Salvation Army (DUD)!!! and then this over priced "thrift" store where she tried to haggle for this great sweater but the guy would only go to five dollars on a sweater worth maybe 2.00--oh well frown Then we decided it was food time so we got a large funnel cake, a chocolate waffle cone and a banana split and ate most of it and made a huge mess...jeez were sloppy bitches. Ha that sounds like the name of a filthy porn. Then we went to Ripleys which was awesome EXCEPT...we went into one room where there was a mirror...and like idiots we took the bait and started making faces, I flicked my tounge in a perverse way, she growled at the mirror. Yep, you guessed it, it was a two way mirror and many a person got to see us in all our glory. That's okay because we got to watch a ton of retards. One man flexed...it was funny. No one else seemed to enjoy it as much as us. We also got our fortunes read by one of those arcade machines like in Big... I so want one of those when I get my own house. I saw the world's tallest man, the world's largest man, and the finale...a twirling tunnel you have to walk through. Miranda and I thought it would be a good idea to twirl around really fast and then try to run through the tunnel...No it was definitly not a good idea. Then we hit the candy barn and got so much sugar I feel like death today. Then the whore fell asleep on the way home and left me to sugar-crash on my own. It's such a boring drive from Missouri to AR. Fields and Fields...and it was raining...blah. I tried to listen to Peaches to kick up my mood but I just ended up listening to The Killing Moon by Echo and the Bunnymen 100 times...good song. So today I've just been hanging out, I'm thinking about buying a few t-shirts from Rotten Cotton. If you guys have not visited that site, you really need to, it's amazing. love

Ah yes, William Castle was great. I loved the gimmick he did for his film "The Tingler," where he set up buzzers underneath the seats in theaters to scare people. And warned his audience that the fright from his movies might cause "sudden death."Oh yeah, "House on Haunted Hill" is another great one. That's a definite halloween tradition around these parts. I think "House of Wax" was probably my favorite movie when I was like 6 or 7, I always thought he looked really cool dressed up in that cape thing of his.

I admit that I haven't seen that FInal Destination movie, but if you liked it it must have some merit. wink
That rotten cotten site looks crazy. I see that alien from "This Island Earth" (I think) and John Wayne Gacy in that picture up there. Hmmm, freaky combo. biggrin
