so I walk at leastr 3-10 miles five times a week. I was 245 and went down to 220 in 2 months just from walking. I don't know my size now...I feel I gained because I am still eating alot. 25 pounds in 2 month is impressive and 3-10 miles five times a week is a fabulous commitment on your part. Don't sweat the size thing right ow, your body is going to go through a lot of changes with that much exercise. The size increase is likely a change in the disribution of muscle. Keep up the hard work and the sizes will continue to shrink with the weight..

So....first post....nothing really to write.
I talked with a friend who does tatts and piercings...I have neither...I'm thinking of doing a back piece with butterflies, dragonflies and flowers...
