It seems that the diet pills are not working. It's been 2 weeks and the effects of being full are not happening, I eat alot now. ok, I still eat no breakfast, I wake up too late. I will finish up the pills and go from there...I have 18 days left out of 40.
The book I'm reading about hidden children in Holland during ww2 shows that it seems the Dutch in general were not the resistance fighters they were made to be, many stole the Jews belongings and kept them, showed latent anti-semitism, and in some cases the Dutch court would not allow the Jewish children to go back to their families if the "foster" parents who hid them raised them as Xtians ( the jewish parents were deemed "unfit"), oth many hidden children's lives become ruined because of going back to biological parents- abuse, distance, alienation.
