Xip, your latest journal entry was the coolest thing I've read in quite some time.

Ironically though, I was coming home tonight and I thought this song would strike a nerve with you. I think it does you justice.

__
Can you feel it?
The expectancy of our deepest desires
In one moment, in one second
Watch it all burn

You and I will stand as one
You and I will be transformed
This is the promise, this is the gift
We hold this truth

Shed the weight of the world
The burden has been lifted
Let it all fall

Set this world ablaze
We alone remain
Don't fear what awaits
We alone remain

You and I will stand as one
You and I will be transformed

Shed the weight of the world
The burden has been lifted
Let it all fall
Let it all fall

Set this world ablaze
We alone remain
Don't fear what awaits
We alone remain

Let the skies turn black, let the infection burn
This is the new beginning, embrace eternity

Let it all fall
Set this world ablaze
__

Hopefully you aren't bothered by the fact that a complete stranger thought of you.

Later.

I'm at New York & Co. (a clothing store). I miss the customers at Walgreens, they were much more down to earth and not so snobbish. I see sooo many of those West County socceer moms than I need to...you know the kind? They don't even need a job because their husbands are rich and they have a million credit cards. The store is a lot like The Limited. I don't miss my co-workers or doing the same damn thing a million times each day. I'm staying at Boston for the summer and I'll be working with the company again...only I'll be a photo specialist because that's what I wanted all along but they were pricks to never train me. wink

Still working at the restaurant?

This reminds me... *a lot* of an old obsession of mine (old meaning of last year's time)... I had this replaying fantasy in my head of the day of the apocalypse... roads cracked and erroded by earthquakes, buildings aflame... waters rising, rain pouring... and me and one other person (eh, at the time I was vaginally obsessed with him, as in my vagina alone was enamoured with this boy) standing in it together and of course, fucking each other's brains out with no concern for tomorrow.

Which is not meant to be a pervy come-on to you.. oink oh wait I meant this one blush and no, I'm not weirded out that a complete stranger thought of me... being as that I think of me all the time, so why shouldn't everyone else..
