I don’t really know how to say this so here goes.

I have been in a very strange place in recent months. A lot of up and downs with the later feeling like they are winning and I have made a decision to try and get back to the person that I used to be.

This means that the work I have been doing to remove negative influences in my life will continue and I have to work harder on improving my self.

This will involve losing weight and trying to be more positive about myself and others. I used to be the guy that always had something positive to say and I used to like that about me.
