I have been off of work since december 16. That means i have been getting paid to get shit faced for two weeks. Tomorrow i have to go back to the real world. Oh well. I spent yesterday cooking for an old friend i used to work in restaurants with. I made tortallini with a cream sauce, prosciutto, peas and portabella mushrooms. It turned out a little runnier and bland than it should have but i havent made that dish in over 6 months.
