I think i have an addiction to this cd...and you should too.
I learned a very valuable lesson last night while during 8 hours of stomach hurty vomity fun.
DO NOT USE OLD CHAI MIX
If you do be prepared for an evening of reverse digestion funtimes. I think i started to bed around 9pm...woke up an hour later and started puking. I went back and forth from vomiting to laying on the bathroom floor groaning from about 9pm - 3am. I couldn't fall asleep afterwards and was scheduled to work at 6:30 am. I felt like a complete dick for calling in....i always do...mainly because i know they would need my help in the morning when we have our busiest rush. However i know i would've fallen asleep in a latte if i went....and my stomach was still not liking the reverse digestions funtimes.
It's ok though after going to bed and waking up around 2pm i seem to be ok. Well ok except for the way i looked.

ok here is one to make your eyeballs not wince so much...this is after shaving off four days of facial hair stupidness:
Much better...now if i could get my fucking msn to work.
