yeah that's normal..Betas are very passive fish. They look like they are sick, but they just like to hang out and rest. Especially in the winter when the water is naturally cooler. You'll see.il va devenir plus actif quand ya plus de movement autour de lui et quand il aura plus de lumiere aussi.
