havent written a blog in a few months.
amsterdam was fucking amazing and i really want to go back.
everyone is so lovely, place is amazing, wanted to go to a sex show but i got too stoned on the last night before we had to go and slept through until next day! Gutted!
In amsterdam me and my boy came across the coolest shop that had pretty much anything made by lomography there . i was in heaven.
my boy brought me this Diana f+ toyko rising edition as an early birthday present
he also got me the diana splitzer andddd fish eye lense annndddd diana instant back so i can take instant photo
so yeah ive kinda been playing around with those really and kinda cool not knowing how your photos are gonna come out.
what else have i been upto? erm not much really, working odd days, trying to learn illustrator, bowling ALOT, baking, not looking forward to my last year of uni, being ill.
i think im currently addicted to bowling even though im shit at it. me and my boy have been going nearly every week for the last 3 months maybe. hes won every time
i suck but im determined to beat him one day!
i so determined that i actua;ly had a bowling lesson from a qualified bowling teacher haha. he taught me alot which was cool. still not to great at it but at least my approach is better. ill practise what he told me then have more lessons. id so love to be in a bowling league
went round to rdpixie's on Tuesday for a movie night. was awesome to see her and catch up
the film was good too. we watched district 9. i dont really do aliens but it was really good.
baking wise ive made lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting, lemon bars and i really wanna make this next mmm
i cant believe ive had like 4 months off from uni. ive been sooooo bored. now uni is only like 2 weeks away i dont wanna go back haha. i havnt learnt the 3 programs i was meant to learn as im still not done learning one of them. i didnt realise it would take so long to learn just one program.
still havnt started planning my dissertation but ive got my question and know where i want to go with it. hmm should really crack on with that.
to people how have finished with uni how hard did you find your last year? did you find much time to like have a job and do other things you wanted to do?
i went to why not? dubstep carnival about 2 weeks ago and i swear it killed me. i dont think drinking and dancing till 6 am was a good idea. since then 2 days later i got really ill.
ive been stuck in bed, feeling really tired all the time, got no energy, chesty cough, feeling wheezy and cant breathe properly...sucks.
ive just been watching lots of men behaving badly and the wire in bed and having lots of naps.
ive been off of work for about 2 weeks and apparently they dont do sick pay which sucks as im really poor.
oh erm...ive also joined the gym as i wanna lose some weight. gyms arent as scary as i thought.
me and my friend have joined and go together so its cool having a friend to go with that feels the same.
also i weighed myself at the gym and im actually 15 and half stone. my scales at home have been telling me im 18 stone.
so all this time i thought i was 18 and im not hahaha. stupid scales.
that will teach me to buy scales from wilkenson.
oh also last week i started my first lesson of adult swimming lessons.
its so scary as i cant swim at all and i havnt been in a pool since i was like 7! thats like 15 years ago.
im proud that im finally doing it though. its a handy skill and im sick of going on holiday and not being able to go into the sea or the pool or whatever and having to just sit in the sun while everyone else goes and has fun.
i hope my lessons go well.
dont know what else to say really apart from hoping that ill get better soon.
