Have you ever wanted to just...lie down in the middle of the road? To see if cars would swerve to avoid you? To prove to yourself that you're alive?

late at night in my small town on long island i woudl lay down in the middle of the street. no cars were coming but i suppose they could have come quickly. it was a bit of a rush, kind of like closing your eyes for a sec while driving
