It sucks to hear that man but it migh not be as bad as it seems, I got a few friends who have to give themselves shots, and after a little while it just turns into another daily routine thing. Good luck either way.
My cats still love me. Yay! 
I took both my cats in to the vet today to get declawed. They looked so sad and scared when I dropped them off and I've felt bad all day. I miss my kitties. Hope they don't hate me when I bring them home.
